Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the X Bajiee platform. They form a legally binding agreement between you and X Bajiee. By using the platform, you agree to all of these Terms.

1 Introduction & Definitions

X Bajiee (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "service") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, websites, mobile applications, and related activities on the platform.

"User" refers to any individual who has registered on or is using X Bajiee. "Bet" refers to any wager or participation placed by a user. "Balance" refers to the funds held in a user's account.

2 Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to create a valid account on X Bajiee:

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any winnings may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be complete, accurate, and truthful. Providing false information will result in account termination.

Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.

X Bajiee may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
2.5
Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

X Bajiee is strictly for adults. The following eligibility criteria must be met to participate on this platform:

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Users must be residents of Bangladesh.
  • Online betting must be legally permitted in the country or region where the user is located.
  • Individuals who are unable to make sound decisions due to a mental health condition may not use the platform.

⚠️ Underage Accounts: If anyone under the age of 18 is suspected of using X Bajiee, their account will be suspended immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits are generally instant. If there is a delay for any reason, please notify the support team.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following X Bajiee rules apply to all withdrawal requests:

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Larger amounts may require additional verification.
5.2
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
5.3
Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
5.4
Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 cannot be processed until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
5.5
If money laundering or fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold pending an investigation.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

X Bajiee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the general rules are outlined below:

  • Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawals can be made.
  • A maximum bet limit applies when using bonus funds — exceeding this limit will result in the bonus being voided.
  • Each bonus can only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
  • The validity period for each bonus is clearly stated in the respective offer.
  • Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.

⚠️ X Bajiee reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time. Such changes will not affect bonuses already earned.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when placing bets on X Bajiee:

Bet Acceptance & Rejection

X Bajiee reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet, particularly where there is reason to believe it was placed with fraudulent intent or by exploiting a system vulnerability.

Match Cancellation or Suspension

  • If a match has not started and is not later rescheduled, the full stake will be refunded.
  • Once a match has started, a result will be considered valid if at least 50% of the designated overs have been completed.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed during live betting due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.

Odds Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement remain in effect even if odds change afterwards. However, X Bajiee reserves the right to amend bets in cases of obvious error.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on X Bajiee:

Multiple Accounts: Running multiple accounts under the same person.

Bonus Abuse: Creating new accounts to claim bonuses or obtaining bonuses through fraudulent means.

Match Fixing: Betting on fixed matches or attempting to influence the outcome of any match.
8.4
Software Hacking: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated means to access the platform.
8.5
Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
8.6
Third-Party Accounts: Placing bets on behalf of another person or using someone else's funds.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

X Bajiee may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
  • Upon Detection of Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
  • Failure to verify identity or providing false information
  • At the request of law enforcement authorities
  • At the user's own request

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (provided no terms and conditions have been violated) will be returned to the user.

Account Closure by User

You can request to close your account at any time. Once you notify our support team, the account will be closed within 24 hours.

10 Limitation of Liability

X Bajiee will not be held liable for the following:

  • Losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues
  • Issues caused by third-party software or hardware faults
  • Losses resulting from a user's failure to take reasonable steps to secure their account
  • Acts of God or other force majeure events

⚖️ Betting is a high-risk activity. Winning is never guaranteed. Play within your means and do not treat betting as a source of income.

11 Terms & Conditions Update Policy

X Bajiee reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

11.1
Users will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
11.2
For major changes, at least 7 days' notice will be provided in advance.
11.3
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may close your account. Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
